Q Do we need power adapters?
A Yes, you will need a 220V 50Hz rectangular blade
plug. These are readily available at a number of local
stores. The following website has some specific info to
get you started:

Q What is the currency exchange rate?
A Right now 1.00USD = 7.80HKD. This rate fluctuates
daily and can be tracked via one of numerous sites on
the web. (You can check Google foreign currency exchange
rates for a list).
Q Are immunizations required?
A No. Check with your personal physician for specific
recommendations if you are concerned – some suggest the
Hepatitis A vaccine.
Q Is a travel visa required?
A No. U.S. citizens staying less than 90 days do not
need a visa.
Q What luggage is allowed?
A Each traveler is permitted one suitcase, total size
not to exceed 62” (l+w+h). Our weight limit will be
announced, but plan on a maximum of 55-60 lbs. In
addition, each traveler will be permitted carry-on items
per airline guidelines (check the Cathay Pacific website
at http://www.cathaypacific.com/cpa/en_INTL/helpingyoutravel/baggageinformation
for general size guidelines and wait for further
information from band boosters). |
